Dubai Marina apartment fit-outs have specific restrictions: no structural changes to the building core, MEP modifications limited to within the unit, fire safety compliance mandatory, and contractor access through service elevators only.
Arabian Ranches and villa communities require: architectural consistency with community theme, pre-approved color palettes for external paint, specific roof tile specifications, and landscape design compliance with community standards.
Emirates Hills, being a luxury villa community, has the most stringent guidelines. External changes require multiple approvals including the Emirates Hills Architectural Committee. Pool design, landscape density, and facade materials are all closely regulated.
